"AC ok not blew hot air so staff only offered a fan and told us to leave the window open. The exterior lights from the building across the street lit up the room all night because we had to leave the curtains open to let the air in. The fan was plugged in next to the bathroom with the sketchy cord strung across the floor under the door way. My partner tripped over the fan cord in the middle of the night causing bruises on her leg. So we did not get a good sleep and sustained injuries. Next day sucked walking around tired and sore but we had our sight seeing itinerary to fulfill. Second night we just grabbed our things put the key in the self checkout box and moved to another hotel with AC "
