"The good - great instructions to get there and ease of getting in. Everything you needed to cook meals and hot tub was fab and ready to go when we arrived. Beds made up and plenty of space. Facilities good The ok - furniture a bit tatty, cleaning not so great - pet hairs all over and needed a good dust. No door mat so carpet was filthy and it smelt of wet dogs (other peoples). "Very nice location - in a wealthy enclave. Excellent footpath along a canal takes you most of the way into Lincoln (3-4 mile walk). Great pub, decent food. If you want up market restaurants, there are a few within a 5 minute walk in the neighboring area. Quite area, nice and clean."

"I liked the edge of town centre location, everything was walkable, the staff were very helpful and friendly The parking was good, but expensive at £11.25 per 24 hours I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses's and the one thing that let this one down was the breakfast, when compared to elsewhere, the breakfast buffet itself was in a very cramped alcove and the selection wasn't that great."

"We had such an enjoyable stay at Bunting Lodge and the property had a great position for the fishing lake. It was clean and bright, and had the facilities you'd want for a stay there. Loved the view, the decking area (the renovations weren't finished but it didn't affect our stay, purely cosmetic) hot tub, and the planes constantly flying over from RAF Coningsby. Only (teeny) note would be to have a drying line under shelter. The weather was changable on our stay so too hot to put the thermostat up to dry our hot tub apparell and towels on radiators overnight, but nowhere to dry outside which was weather proof either. It was pricer than we expected to pay for three nights but it was a birthday treat for our fisherman mad Air Cadet teenager who absolutely loved it! We had a great time and would definitley recommend."
