"The house served our family reunion of 24 people easily. There are two kitchens on the main floor. The rooms are all large and the master bathrooms are clean and spacious . There is also a basement apartment which we occupied which had another kitchen. We had plates and utensils and everything that we needed for our night of grilling .The pool table was centrally located and there were lots of outdoor areas . We could sit on the porch , use the hot tub or just relax by the fire and watch the fireflies & stars. It was a perfect location so we could check out The farmers market and waterfalls. It sounded too good to be true for our family reunion, but it actually was everything and more! "

"Very nice setting. House has a nice yard with seating, a fire pit, a nice dock with built in table and seating. Small area to get into water for swimming which our 4 year old granddaughter loved. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The front porch has all windows with lake views which we enjoyed at night watching a lightning show over the lake. Nice modern bathroom. Kitchen was fully supplied. We enjoyed our time here."
"The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to stay!"
"Serene and beautiful stay right on the shores of Cayuga Lake. Water shoes recommended if it’s warm enough for wading/swimming. Convenient to Ithaca, wineries, and surrounding area. Sturdy backyard staircase leading down to lake shore. Owner was welcoming and had recommendations for things to do "
"Everything was just so beautiful, from the gardens, the art in the home and the layout of the home! Our host, Rose, was so serene and kind. She gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, she was wonderful! Our breakfasts were delicious, locally sourced, hearty and decadent. The spa was one of the best massages I have ever had! We will definitely return! "

"The house is beautiful and unique. I could not believe how well equipped it was. We felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated and there are beautiful sculptures and art throughout the house. The outdoor space and grounds are gorgeous. I highly recommend for a relaxing and quiet getaway."
