"Roomy apartment very close to the beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work well and opening the windows resulted in a lot of mosquito bites. Don’t expect to get a good nights rest here."

"Ana was a wonderful host. She gave us all the i formation we needed to have a great time in Valencia. She was very easy to get in touch with. Our stay was comfortable but there were some leaks in the sink and shower, and the Air Conditioner leaked condensation no matter what temperature we put it at. All in all, it was a great stay I would recommend"

"Love this property, walking distance from Art and Sience. You can take bus nr. 7 to old town, and bus nr. 99 to the beach."

"Excellent location - 1minute from tram station, 25mins on tram to the beach, 10min walk to central valencia town I stayed as I had a conference at Feria Valencia and this was only 30mins away on a direct tram. Spacious flat with a well equipped kitchen and other amenities. Great water pressure in shower. AC Note: Bed is up a steep staircase/ladder. Suggestions for improvement: Have more toiletries available in the property One of the blinds broke after my first day but this did not get fixed...

"This apartment was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage."

"This property was perfect location adjactent to but not in tourest areas. We loved the area with local markets, shops & restaurants all nearby. We purchased the multi modal transportation card and used the bus across the street as well as metro two streets east. We also enjoyed the velinsibsi bike use with stations one street north."

"We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!"

"We picked this house because of the proximity to the beach and because it had 3 bedrooms. The check-in process was very smooth and the host -Dulce was very responsive. I would recommend this for a group of friends or a family. The part of town it’s in is very quiet but it’s a quick walk to restaraunts nearby or the bus to downtown."

"We had such a lovely holiday in this beautiful quirky apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a mix of traditional pieces and more modern items. It could not be better located as most places of interest are nearby. We ate out a lot but cooked a few meals in the kitchen which is small but well equipped. I have a fear of heights but managed the sloping terrace, albeit cautiously, and although well past retirement age the 67 steps up to the 4th floor did not bother us. As there were just two of...

"We were met at the airport by the lovely Enrique, who was the perfect host and gave us loads of information about what to see and how to get about. His apartment is very spacious with everything you might need. It has a small balcony with table and chairs - perfect for the afternoon sun. We managed to walk everywhere apart from the beach, which was a 40p tram ride. Thank you very much Enrique."

"We stayed here recently with our two kiddos (6 and 8) and the location was amazing; walking distance to so many sites within Valencia! I would recommend going to the grocery prior to bedtime because breakfast spots don't open up early (enough for us) so we were stuck the first day but other than that it was wonderful and I would stay again. Oh also, they only provide about one showers worth of shampoo and body wash, so if you need more than that pack it!"
