"Lovely peaceful and restful location. My little dog felt very at home and made new friends I chose the cottage because well priced, fabulous location close to walks, waterfalls the river and beaches. The cottage is cosy and well equipped with all you need. Linley and Dan are welcoming hosts, very accomodating and friendly. Enjoyed my stay and went home refreshed"

"We stayed 3 nights at this charming cottage. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. "We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a great rural setting with friendly donkeys. And close enough to the Karangahake gorge trails. The local swimming hole is a fun refreshing adventure. The house had everything you need and is very homely. Good selection of kids games and picture books."

"Niki was a lovely host and the cottage was a delight. It was warm and the lovely decor made it very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended . "This is a wonderful place to stay. We only had one night here but this would be a wonderful place to take a few days to decompress after a week or two of being on the road, traveling NZ. The kitchen is huge with plenty of space. Each room has its own full size fridge and we had a private bathroom. The bathroom is not en suite but right next door and comes with a key so you can lock your things away if you wish. The property is beautiful, quiet, and has 200 avocado trees that you can walk under and relax. The public areas are very clean and the rooms are a good size. The location is in the county with a small town near by. The hosts were very kind and responsive. This is a nice out of the way place that I would love to visit again."
