"Front desk staff was super! Room, not so much. In our room, the sheets/bedding had an odd odor (almost a moldy smell), there was an unidentified spot of something sticky in the carpet beside the bed, and I thought the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The entrance to the hotel is not clearly marked and the parking lot is not very well lit. Even for an overnight stay due to any early flight, there have to be better options in the area. "

"The hotel is wonderful, very clean and up to date and the staff is kind and responsive. My one complaint is about parking. The valet parking is very convenient but costs $45 per day which is excessive. There are other local options, but they are also pricey and are either not covered or a bit of a walk and with recent crime activity in Charlotte, I did not feel comfortable walking at night. Other than parking, the hotel was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again!"
