"The staff was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room as well was very clean. My only concern was the shower curtain was too short, causing water to be everywhere out of the shower. Thankfully there were enough towels to put one on the floor. If I ever need to come back to Berkeley I will return! "

"Everything was great except a woman (manager?) in the cafeteria (Kitchen) was not friendly during the Sunday breakfast probably because we took a little longer time to chat with our cousins who were also staying in the same hotel. She snapped at us and ordered us to return/place the plates/utensils to the bin where they keep the used/dirty plates until they wash them… It was a little disappointing to get snapped at… Other than that it is a great hotel: clean, amenities, like the gym, courteous staff…."
