"My brother and I had a spacious family room which was clean and refreshed every day. Bunk bed wasn’t good for an adult but probably fine for kids. Room was warm and shower was strong. Staff were very friendly and helpful in the pub on an evening. Nige was chatty and especially helpful with parking our motorbikes overnight No breakfast included or available, sadly, but a good choice of evening pub grub. Be mindful of long waits on busy weekends."

So, I was left standing there with my bags with other customers trying to get past me to order drinks - until somebody else turned up. The room was on a terrace next to a children's play area, so it was noisy until the pub part closed. Still, the room was cosy enough.
