This is an Awesome Viking Lodge Condo in Telluride, CO Which We Have Owned for Over 31 Years. The Location is Amazing. 1st Floor...no stairs to climb. You Will Love It!

Our Condo Can Accommodate Up to 6 Guests. BUT! THE condo is only 478 sq. ft. If 6 guests plan on staying, a family with kids would work better with the space available. Also, the top bunk bed should be reserved only for older children because of the height of the bed.

*The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, induction cooktop, stainless steel electric fryer, microwave, crock pot, rice/vegie steamer, coffee maker (for loose coffee grounds) and blender to use. Although, there is NO STOVE, you should be able to make most meals with ease with these appliances. The barbecue right outside our patio by the flower garden is a charcoal grill. The best charcoal bricks to use are the kind with the lighter fluid already absorbed in the bricks. Otherwise, the coals take forever to get hot. I believe the high attitude might have something to do with this. The Siam restaurant is right across the street which has gotten great reviews plus, of course, there are many other restaurants to choose from around town. The Wine Mine liquor store is right across the street, too.

Lovely little place in a lovely town

Great place to stay on a ski trip. Joan is an excellent hostess. She was very responsive and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and what a great location; close to ski lifts, gondola, restaurants and a path along the river. Would stay again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Great place and location

The condo was great! Perfect location for going on walks and hikes everyday and for exploring Telluride. The layout of the condo was very efficient and had everything we needed. We parked our car and didn't move it for 3 days; walked and hiked everywhere!

The condo was perfect. As described, small but strategic in its design and offerings. We loved the easy walk in and out from the ground floor while having a great patio to enjoy the view of the mountains and quick access to the river trail.

Joan was a great host and the condo was perfect! Plenty of room and the location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance..our car, once parked, didn't move once! The sound of the river behind the condo was awesome. Telluride was so awesome we made an offer on a property while we were there.. stunning scenery!

Good value, great location in town!

This ground-floor unit opens up right on to the creek in Telluride town and is only a few blocks from the gondola and lots of shops and restaurants. The host's instructions were clear and communications with her were excellent. Everything was clean, well-kept, recently renovated and in good shape. Parking was plentiful and close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Location...Location...Location!

Joanie was an amazing owner to deal with and the condo was clean, comfortable, and everything that was promised. As first time visitors to Telluride, we could not have been happier with the location which offered short walks to both Lift 7 and the free gondola. We can't wait to come back!!!

The condo was in a great location and updated. Had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Favorite restaurants were Gnar for tacos and Siam for Thai. Also took an off-road tour with Telluride Adventures, which was great. Grocery store within walking distance. Beautiful view from back patio. Loved Telluride and our stay!

Very nice condo, great location!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very nice and clean, is almost right next to the hot tub, only a couple minute walk to Lift 7, and is also an easy walk to downtown Telluride and the free gondola to Mountain Village. In addition, the owner was great to work with, very responsive, and even proactive with reminders and helpful tips before, during, and after our stay. I will certainly look to see if this condo is available next time I visit Telluride!

Perfect for our mountain sojourn

We booked a quick trip to Telluride and was very pleased with the accommodations. Everything the listing says is accurate. A bonus was I didn’t realize there were a table and chairs on the first floor, steps from the walking path. We ate our meals and had happy hour enjoying the Mountain View’s. Enjoy!

Perfect Location

We traveled with our two children, 21 & 17 yr old and we had a great time at this Condo. It’s a great location with the river just steps from your back sliding door. We traveled in June and didn’t need the AC, the ceiling fans were more than sufficient. This place is meticulous maintained and well stocked. Communication was excellent. We would definitely return.

Lovely Condo close to activities.

We loved that the condo was so close to the slopes and town. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at many VRBO's and felt this one was a one of the nicest. It had everything you needed to make your meals in the condo. Joan was very helpful. She texted us that afternoon of our arrival to make sure we got in. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Joanie is wonderful and had thought of every tiny detail to make this lovely small condo work with all the furnishings. For us, no cooktop or oven was fine...and the extras she provides made this totally great. The location and the porch are perfect. She truly has thought of everything.

Great location, check pool status before booking

We had a great stay at this property. Lovely location along bike path/river and very easy walking distance to the heart of town. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with questions. The place isn’t large but very well organized and comfy for our family. Only complaint is that the pool and hot tub were out of service with no sign of that changing any time soon; these were key to us choosing this property as a family with active kids and quite a disappointment. Heard from previous guests that it wasn’t open in past so if this is crucial to you just check ahead. Otherwise very clean, pleasant, well equipped place to use as home base for enjoying all Telluride has to offer!

Great Location

We came across this unit, and love it from the beginning. The unit is very central located to the gondola, and restaurants ; it was supplied with everything we needed, we had breakfast at the home and eat out for dinner. But the best part was the quick response of the owners to any questions we had. Joann made our trip flawless. the only thing is that we were planing to use the top bunk bed for one of the girls, but it was super high, and with no railing, and no-one felt good about it. but it was not a problem, because the sofa mades into a bed and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. we love this property and will rent again.

We had a great time in Telluride and our accommodations were very nice. The condo is very well-equipped and we needed nothing. It is in walking distance to tons of restaurants and the gondola. Parking was challenging as there is a lot of construction around the area but we lucked out our 1st morning and were able to move to a space almost right in front of our unit. We had hoped to have a hot tub to soak in after walking all day but both pool and hot tub are under construction. One thing about our unit that could be improved is the overhead lighting in the bedroom: maybe just a warmer glowing lightbulb. All in all, it’s a great place and Joanie, our host, was responsive when I had questions and accommodating.

Beautiful lawn and Delightful host

This condo is perfect for a stay in Telluride. Beautiful lawn right on the River Trail, clean condo, well-equipped kitchen and extremely responsive and kind host. Close to the grocery and Siam Thai and across the street from the Wine Mine. What more could you ask for?!Thanks so much Joanie!
