- 22 Peaks is a stunning 3/3.5 home with majestic views of the Sneffels Mountain Range. You will enjoy the high end appointments in our home-Venetian plastered walls, granite surfaces, antique rustic chestnut floors and a wine cellar. The views are unmatched and set this home apart from others. The living, dining and kitchen are on the main level. Up one level to the Master and down one level to the media room with a 65'' TV and the other two bedrooms. Just outside the media room is the covered hot tub. There is a large deck off of the living room with a gas grill which faces the mountain view - a great place to watch the sun go down while having a glass of wine. Steam showers are nice after a long day of skiing-and the cross country ski track is right outside. Shuttles service offers transportation to the stores, gondola and the ski slopes.
Keywords: Fantastic View of Sneffel's Highline and down valley. The home gets lots of sun and is equally convenient to both Mountain Village and Telluride. Enjoy the media room, loft / office with wi-fi, heated 2 car garage and hot tub.
