Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

Everything was perfect.
There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed.
It was only on our last day that we were paid an evening visit by the staff to rearrange the bed, add a towel and a sweet.

Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice.

Great hotel close to the airport, excellent value for the price. If you are looking only to explore the city of Berlin, you should consider another location because this hotel is outside of the city. However, public transportation is not far away if you don't mind riding the metro into the city.
