The Space:

This two-story villa offers the privacy of a single-family home with exceptional ocean views. The main living area features a fully stocked kitchen with a 4-person breakfast bar, seamlessly connecting to the living and dining spaces. Large sliding glass doors open to a balcony with a grill and outdoor dining for four.



Two bedrooms boast stunning ocean views and balconies. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom features a daybed, office space, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub.



Please note that while this villa is a popular vacation rental, it includes steps inside the unit and to the pool, which may not be suitable for guests with very limited mobility.

The area offers a variety of activities, including surfing, fishing, golf, boating, rafting, scuba diving, sailing, zip-line canopy tours, casinos, and swimming.



Other Things to Note:

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
