"Overall, I thought the room was perfect for what I needed. Clean bed with fresh sheets. The TV had my name displayed on it which I thought was cute. There were a few things I noticed. The shower still had other peoples hair in it and the shower head was pretty old and didn’t work the best. Other than that, the bathroom was spacious and pretty. I was also gonna make some coffee but the coffee maker was dirty on the inside where the water goes. The complimentary breakfast made up for that but someone should definitely clean those from time to time for health and safety reasons. I would stay here again."

"Good location if you’re visiting ASU. Room, lobby, and pool are nice for the price. I would stay there again if I need to visit Tempe/ASU campus."

"I was nervous about my stay here given some other reviews I’d read but it was honestly great! The hotel and my room were very clean, my room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was sufficient for me. The room had a microwave and mini fridge, which was great. The only amenity lacking was a hairdryer but I’m sure it would have been provided if I asked for one. The bed was comfy and I slept like a rock every night. The area it’s in is also fine. Yes, there’s a dispensary and a strip club across the road, but it’s also walkable to a nice Starbucks and a great brewery. I thought it would be in a run down area but it’s actually perfectly close to both the airport and downtown Phoenix."

"The staff was unpackably kind it was also clean rooms parking yes...of course was available and guess what a laundry area was ready and prepared for All cleaning. My hopes are that when someone else come they would give a review of the same response thank you"

"Overall, the room was nice except the iron leaked water as it was being used. I didn't have an ice bucket in my room, had to call front desk and go get it. Room service came around when we were in the room, so I jus got towels. Definitely should be more than jus the one way in and out and offer more of a discount right now while you all are having renovations/ construction done"

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property as our experiences have been consistently excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and responsive when we needed extra towels and amenities. The fitness room was really nice, with multiple different machines and free weights and was very clean. Breakfast was well stocked and had many healthy options and finally, the bartender was super helpful and nice, spoke highly of the area and gave us great insights to share with our son who is making Tempe home again this year. Highly recommend!"
