Great stay

Amazing staff great hotel

Everything was excellent except there were noises coming from the hallway and upstairs.. so kinda made it hard to fall asleep

👍

I always try to stay at an Embassy Suites because their rooms have never let me down and I like to have a good breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is included with the room and my experience has always seen a full, hot, breakfast along with fresh fruit cut up. Check-in was a breeze, room was clean, ice machine worked great.

I had a great experience at graduate hotel. Tom the hotel manager was outstanding and very professional with checking me in! Tom went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my stay! Thanks Tom!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Loved how nice most of the staff was!

Great service and great food and beautiful rooms!

This hotel is beautiful ,very clean, feel like new,the pool on the roof top with the bar and seating area is Amazing! Rooms are big, great coffee, easy access to the city,we loved it.

Lovely hotel with incredible staff. The attention to every detail made for a relaxing and stress free vacation.

Valley Ho has been providing superior hospitality to their guests for decades and they certainly haven’t lost their touch! You can tell that the culture of their company shines brightly through their people… VALLEY HO is absolutely doing things right!

Everything was wonderful. Our room was great, the staff at the pool were friendly. My only complaint is when we checked out and received our bill, there were several extra charges that we did not have and I Had to call several times to get them to correct our bill. We took things from the mini bar. For example, the wine was $35, and we were charged $45. They said there was a $7 tax fee and a $3 restock fee. We were also charged for a charger we never asked for. We took a beer and chips...

The golf course out back the bbq pit and patio area are one of the nicest I’ve come across lately

Best bed! It usually takes until the 2nd night to get comfortable. Here, I slept beautufully from the get-go. Felt like a brand-new hotel. Friendly staff, clean, nice options for breakfast(paid).

Nice resort, check-in was easy, and staff were friendly!

By far the BEST experience! Arriving the valet guy (even tho I wasn't using it) offered help, as I entered the amazingly cozy, authentic looking lobby with my dog the desk person brought bottled waters for us pouring water in a bowl and offeringtwo doggy bones for her also. Check in was smooth! Everything explained (location of things etc) AND although a few hours early for check in I was given access to my room and given one right next to the doggy area to make access easy for us.
