"The property itself is great. Clean and quiet. I stay here quite a bit but after today I will be staying at a different location due to one staff member Jeff the manager. He is rude and lacks customer service. Previously during a stay we had an issue with the reservation dates and he refused to help resolve it. "From the moment we arrived, we were greeted kindly. Desk attendant had great energy and was so helpful with all our questions. The hotel lobby is well lit and cared for, it even smells freshly cleaned which was very nice. There were plenty of luggage trolleys to take pur luggage to our room.
