Presión por dejar la habitación

Muy incomodo que al regresar al hotel a la hora de dejar la habitacion nos habían bloqueado las tarjetas de ingreso. cuando logré entrar a la habitación para retirar mi maleta se producian cortes de luz, asumo que para apurarme y dejar la habitación.

Excelente hotel, cercano a mall y restaurantes. Cumple con protocolos y aforos tanto el hotel como el casino. Habitaciones limpias y amplias con linda vista a la ciudad.. sin duda volveria y recomendario hotel dreams Araucania!!

Hubo necesidad de cambiar de habitación en dos oportunidades, en la primera el baño estaba sucio, el segundo olía a cigarrillos, finalmente en la tercera pudimos descansar, pero estaba el secador de pelo en malas condiciones, todo fue informado a recepción

confortable habitacion

el hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, pieza grande y comoda, una gran tv en la habitacion. eso si no se respeta el estacionamiento de los huespedes por los que asisten al casino. estaba el gimnasio y piscina cerrados por protocolo covid-19. la carta a la habitacion estaba limitada solo a sandwish.

Mala experiencia para calidad de Hotel

Muy desepcionado , - Hace 5 años atrás que fui con mi señora a celebrar nuestros 25 años de matrimonio,quise repetirlo a nuestros 30 años pedí que me pongan en la habitación bombones,jugo.surtido de frutas ,lo cual no se realizó. - El botones nos lleva a nuestra habitación y solo nos cuenta como manejar la temperatura ya que había demasiado calor,fuimos al casino,con una pésima experiencia de pobre orientación en juegos volvemos a la habitación y no hay ni un bombón ni jugó lo cual enciendo el TV que no tiene red llamo a recepción y el teléfono solo marca ocupado ,llamo a servicio y nadie contesta ,sin pensar que la temperatura está demasiado baja ,la subo y nada, finalmente bajo a recepción y vino otro botones que nos dice que para ver TV hay que poner desde el tercer canal hacia arriba y que el número de recepción es uno de 4 dígitos que no recuerdo. Muy malo para el valor que cuesta Se me olvidó el dato que con mi señora tuvimos que secarnos con la misma toalla. Muy desagradable experiencia

Very nice hotel located in and around a bunch of restaurants. Staff spoke English and was super helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

It is expensive but very nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the check in process was quick. The beds and linens are comfortable with great pillows. I was surprised they did not have robes for this level of a hotel. I stayed here during the civil unrest. There were protests outside of the hotel and there was a curfew. All supermarkets and restaurants in the area were closed. We ate dinner in the hotel and the food was very good, as was the service. You will not see employees standing around on their whatsapp at this hotel..they are well trained in customer service and are polite and professional in their jobs. The parking was a little tricky for me to find..but it is well lit, safe and the parking is free for hotel guests. The Breakfast buffet is the best one I have been to in all of Chile. Everything is fresh and regional and the restaurant is pretty and well designed. If there is anything that would prevent me from coming back, it would be the price.

Hacen un cobro por una “garantía” de aproximadamente 50.000 CLP, lo que me parece inapropiado. El resto de los servicios buenos, pero mala la normativa con el uso de gorro y reposeras, no se cumplen y no hay personal en el área de piscina
