"Nice house, lots of space and good location just outside of the main town area, very quiet despite the walk in hospital over the road. Having a parking space was a bonus but not next to the house, but only caused an issue with the double yellows outside on arrive and departure. A few bits of maintenance needed, outdoor areas need sweeping and weeding. Some leak marks in the upstairs bathroom ceiling and damp stains, and drain smells from the 2nd bed shower room.
