"The most beautiful hostel I have ever been. So much magic, art and love. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Also it's very clean and has everything what you need, from soap to towels, hairdryer, nail clipper and also in the kitchen you can find the basics like coffee and tea. In my room the bed was also very comfy, what I think is super important. I can totally recommend the hostel and will book it again."

"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. "We had a fantastic time at Gran Hotel Taoro. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and modern, the common areas and pool were excellent, and the grounds are just lovely. It's been recently refurbed - hats off as they've done an excellent job. Breakfast was really good. The two on-site places we ate at served good food but were slightly pricey. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our room and all the 'Mod Cons'. Staff were always helpful and polite. Very convenient facilities. Only downside was the pool looking bigger in the picture and the reserving sin beds seemed unfair."

"Venue is wonderful and beautiful. However, for a 5* hotel and the brand The Ritz-Carlton, it could certainly do with some improvements. 1) Pool cleanliness: the pool is very filthy. We stayed for a week ar Tivoli before coming to the Ritz. The Tivoli Hotel pool is meticulously clean. The Ritz seems to not clean their pool regularly. Very disappointing for a 5* hotel. 2) TXOKO poolside restaurant: poor quality food at horrendous prices. Dry meat, pasta with no taste, croquettes for €6 that are less than a bite. Compare this to Tivoli Hotel restaurants by Chef Olivier where they serve real tasty food. TXOKO gets 4/10 from me. 3) Breakfast: options not great, food not great quality, and staff are overworked and stressed. We were served pre-cooked cold fried eggs, and bad coffee in half filled cups from the machine. I wonder who inspected their 5* rating. 4) Lobby smells of diapers and not a great experience to be in. Most luxury hotels smell luxurious and wonderful, you would want to be in the lobby. 5) Check-in vs Check-out: totally different treatment by staff during check-in vs check-out. Both at restaurants (TXOKO) and with the bag storage in the lobby. It’s as if they know you’re about to leave so they treat you differently. Apart from the above, I think this place could be wonderful if they improved these points. Would rate this place 4.5/5* until they work on the above points."

"A beautiful, peaceful oasis in Tenerife Precise Resort was honestly such a wonderful surprise. From the moment I arrived, it felt less like a typical resort and more like escaping into a quiet, luxurious oasis. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lush tropical gardens, peaceful little areas to sit and relax, a lovely fish pond, and so much greenery everywhere. Even the lobby is gorgeous, with its own library and elegant spaces where you can simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. There was such a calm atmosphere throughout the whole resort that it genuinely felt like a proper relaxing holiday. My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with so many thoughtful little touches. There was a kettle and all the usual amenities, but also tiny details like a shoe spoon and nail-care items — things you wouldn't necessarily expect, but which showed how much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. And then there was the view. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Atlantic was something I don't think I could ever get tired of. The free shuttle into Puerto de la Cruz is also a fantastic addition, making it easy to head into town whenever you want while still being able to return to the peace and quiet of the resort afterwards. But what really deserves a special mention is the staff, particularly the reception team. They were genuinely some of the nicest, warmest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever"
