"The most beautiful hostel I have ever been. So much magic, art and love. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Also it's very clean and has everything what you need, from soap to towels, hairdryer, nail clipper and also in the kitchen you can find the basics like coffee and tea. In my room the bed was also very comfy, what I think is super important. I can totally recommend the hostel and will book it again."

"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. "Really enjoyed my stay here overall. The staff were lovely, friendly and very accommodating throughout. They were especially helpful when I got stuck in a random Tenerife and couldn’t get an Uber. I asked reception for help and they happily called a taxi for me, which arrived within about 10 minutes. Really appreciated that. Breakfast was brilliant with loads of choice, and the spa was also a big plus. I had a deep tissue massage which was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. A couple of small negatives though. The hotel could really do with better signage. It was surprisingly difficult to find certain things, especially when you first arrive. There didn’t seem to be any signs showing where breakfast was, and I also struggled to work out how to get to places like the sauna. The air conditioning in my room also could have been better. I had it set to 18°C, but it definitely didn’t feel like 18°C in the room. There was a ceiling fan too, but I couldn’t get that to work, so the room was warmer than I would have liked. Food at the hotel was also quite expensive. I paid around €39 for patatas bravas and six croquettes, which felt pretty steep for what it was. That said, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The staff were outstanding, breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the spa. I’d happily stay again, but better signage, stronger air conditioning and slightly more reasonable food prices would improve things a lot."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."

"Great option for budget Before mentioning any negatives, I want to start by saying the staff were amazing and highly professional. The person who greeted us was one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered and truly deserves recognition. It’s also worth noting that this is a 3-star budget hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly—you generally get what you pay for. The main building has great charm, being over 300 years old, which adds character to the stay. We booked a budget room (Room 104), which had a small courtyard but lacked any real views. One of the major concerns was the lack of air conditioning. Although units are present, they don’t work effectively. During summer, the island gets very hot, and the room often felt like an oven, which made it uncomfortable at times. The pool is small but serves its purpose well as a place to cool off. There is also a sun terrace with around 40 loungers, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was included, but as part of a budget offering, the hot food could have been better. It was often cold, and unfortunately, the plates provided didn’t fit in the microwave to reheat the food. The bathroom was missing sink plugs for both the sink and the bath, which was inconvenient. It would also have been a big improvement if the room had a fridge. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location in a lovely town, ideal for those looking for a quieter holiday"
