I'll start by saying that our expectations were far exceeded. Admittedly, as a US based traveling couple, we had never heard of Royal Garden Villas previously and simply found this property through the use of AI and comparisons to Bali. Once we arrived, we were delighted with our reception and check-in process, the first walk through of the room and exterior patio were better than any pictures on the internet, and we kept it simple our first night and ordered room service. Our first...

The staff and service is excellent. The food was fantastic. It would be my first choice of accommodations if I’m in the islands again.

We had an ocean view room with a balcony. The view was spectacular and the balcony had enough privacy and room for both of us to sit and enjoy the air. The beds, while split, were extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner service is worth the money! The spread is absolutely fantastic and the chefs there to provide fresh food are spectacular. The saltwater pool can be a little too salty at times, but by midday the water temperature is perfect. The closest beach is a real treat with great...

The hotel staff are remarkably friendly, must say that all staff met; Front office team, waiters and chefs at breakfast and housekeeping attendant, doormen, pool attendant, staff at excursion office ... were all pleasant and helpful. Food at breakfast exceptionally delicious with a wide array for selection. The resort is beautiful, fortress spanish architecture with various restaurants for dinner and entertainment with 5 stars service and quality. Easy access to beach and Fanabe...

On the beach with sand (public beach),luxurious, good music on the restaurant, very good food and diversified, perfect ocean view from room, we got one room upgrade-many thanks!, very clean pool, perfect wifi in the hotel and around the hotel also on the beach, very polite and nice staff. Not enough parking places if you rent a car, at least in our holiday.

The place to be in Tenerife.

Wonderful, friendly staff in a good location with a nice pool area and clean comfortable rooms.

Amazing hotel, 8 pools, shows every night, very nice rooms. What we didn’t like is that we had to commit 180€ from the pool bar for using the pool bed and they charge 2€ Just for calling the waitress. But overall 5* !!

Excelent hotel very good staff

The views from this hotel were amazing. Staff and other visitors were all very friendly. Nightly entertainment was fantastic and I LOVED watching the mid morning workouts in the pool. The instructor seemed very enthusiastic. Our room was good, except we had two twins pushed together instead of a single bed. We also had large cockroaches in our room and on the patio. We stayed 3 nights and found at least 2 each night, 1 was on the bed. It made the room feel "dirtier" even though everything was...

Rooms and beds were very clean ans comfortable to be in didn't feel cramped in one room

Spent 10 days with our son & wife and grandson. Hotel is Very family oriented. All of the staff very friendly. Food was excelent and plenty to eat. All inclusive is the way to go. Would recomend this hotel to ANYONE. Weather at the time we were there was incredible, for the first part of Jan, 2016. Swam in the pools and in the ocian. Tenerife Island was awesome. Slept with patio door wide open every night and could hear the ocean waves hitting the beach we were so close. One of our best...
