"Everything was great. Clean, quiet very nice breakfast. One small item. No towel racks in bathroom. If there were towel racks there would be less need to frequently receive fresh towels."

"The staff were helpful and had lots of recommendations about things to see and do. There were also bicycles that we were able to take out and use which was fun with the kids. The breakfast had many options and the hotel was in a prime location."

They have recently been bought out by a large company. Do not like the corporate feel. Staff is no longer friendly. Orchid Key is my new place to stay, See you soon!"

"This is not a 5 star hotel but the beds were clean and comfortable. We had a large room with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave and full sized refrigerator. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nothing special but typical grab & go options. I heard they are getting a toaster and will have bagels and toast as additional options. The heated pool was great for a relaxing float. The hotel is in a great location and we love the Tipsy Rooster bar. The only negative was that the floors could have been cleaner."

"This hotel was overpriced for what it was. The place smells musty, the night staff were rude and not very helpful. Location was good, 10 min walk to duval street. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. Breakfast was very limited a few tables in the reception area."

"We loved the location and the rooms. But my favorite was the beds!! OMG i slept so great on these beds. When i got home i called them to find out the manufacturer and model because I'm going to order the same bed for my house lol. Great time highly recommend Key west and the Pier House Resort"
