However, noisy upstairs neighbors with stopping feet slamming deck/ balcony door made ceiling rattle alot. Seemed odd for what appears as a newer constructed building. Dud use beach or water activities as temp was in high 50 degrees. "

"Our room was clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Check was a breeze, the gentleman was very helpful and kind. We stayed 1 night for PSU graduation, which was a 5 min drive and very convienent for us. Continental breakfast was ok. Car was easy to park, we felt safe. "

"The finishes are a little dated, but very clean overall. The walkway to the apartment was difficult to navigate with a broken foot and cane, the sidewalk had large dips and twists that couldn’t accommodate my walker. "
