"It is near public transport, only 5mins walk away from the underground station. Accessible to shopping centers and restaurants. We had a good sleep as the bed is so comfy. Lastly, it would be a 5 star rating if the staff could have been friendly, welcoming and smiling."

"Booked it about three months before and upon arrival was told that the hostel was overbooked. Was then asked to pay upfront for a shared apartment and bathroom which I had not seen and was different to the room type I booked (private room and bathroom). The apartment was dirty inside and can only be described as unsafe with extremely dodgy window and door locks. To anyone coming to Budapest this is definetly an institution to avoid but it doesn't represent the city in anyway."

"Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. Arranged transportation to the airport for us even though we left at 4 am. Great location close to public transportation, many restaurants and very walkable. There are no facilities other than an ok breakfast (for an extra charge). Room was clean. "
