"The staff were very helpful . I had a noisy room on the trafficated street side and they switched it and moved my stuff and had placed a fruit basket gift at the new room. One thing to improve: the pillow option. Softer and lower pillow"

The shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate, and the sink was not properly cleaned. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were good, there are several practical issues that affect comfort and convenience."
