"The flat is conveniently located 5 minutes from Kings Cross, and easy to find. Entry was good, secured with a digital lock. It is located on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans). It was clean and tidy. It is two bedrooms (larger one with a bed and corner sofa; smaller one with a desk and chair), a kitchen/dining area, and the bathroom (shower, no tub). "The description boutique describes it size above a pub rather than bijou. Narrow corridors, smallish rooms, limited facilities, no breakfast nor equipment to cook one. Probably all reflected in the price which is reasonable. Location is good and loved having pub on site so to speak "
