"This property is not as described, it was dirty on arrival, the beds had not been made up as requested, it had broken and unsafe washing machine, flooring tiles, trampoline and swing set. The host has been both unresponsive and untruthful. I do not recommend anyone stay at this property."

"Stayed in the 'Dunlin room' Very poor lighting in the corridor. Wallpaper patched up poorly in the corridor by the bedrooms. Noisy extractor fan in our bathroom. Breakfast a little underwhelming, (overdone bacon and chewy sausage. Staff very attentive and polite. No signal on the tv celestial channels on two days. Limited bathroom amenities. Cobwebs on the windows in the breakfast area. "
