"The property is outdated, furniture in room old and worn, got an ADA room when it was not requested, carpet was old and felt dirty, the breakfast was the only pleasant thing. When we complained to front desk they offered free breakfast which was already included in the ridiculous room cost. The hotel also has a very strong perfume scent that is borderline unbearable. The brand has seriously neglected this property. They also have a 20$ a day self parking charge and then charged 32$ to enable in and out . Overall disappointing. "

"Property was ok .. pretty clean … unfortunately the staff wasn’t too nice .. and definitely do not relay messages to the housekeepers.. my sheets had stains on them and asked a couple of times to change them yet it wasn’t done … we bought sheets and used them instead… especially since we traveled with an 8 month old and we stayed in town for a week "

"The place is great! Great location , right by the beach with easy access, restaurants and fast food near by, the pool and hot tub are great not to mention the pool side bar and food options as well. Has room service which is cool and the breakfast was good , they also give out tacos! Only down side is that breakfast hall is on the 4th floor so if you are on the 3rd floor on the left side of rhe building chances are breakfast is right above you and it wakes you up bright and early with people walking and chairs scraping the floor but other than that the place is great and i recommend. "

"Had a balcony room. The rooms has a lot of space and can see the ocean from to balcony. Staff was very helpful and nice. They also have a really good breakfast selection! Only down fall is getting across to the beach was kinda hard. There is no cross walk by this hotel. "
