"I called expedia and explained that no one was there to check us in. When we got there at 3:50pm there was a sign on the window that said they would be back at 9pm. I tried calling the hotel but the number was disconnected and expedia will not refund me as "they cannot get a hold of the property". Do not stay here as no one will check you in and they will just take your money. "

"Came to Dallas for a real estate convention and this location was walkable. The room was as pictured, but the first floor had plenty of places to plug in and do work, which was an added benefit since I was traveling for business, but brought my wife and daughter with me. I’d stay here again. "
