"We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. "

"Great location on the Riverwalk and walking distance to outdoor music venue. Older brick hotel with nicely updated rooms. Good value including a lower nightly parking rate compared to other nearby hotels. Would stay there again when attending a concert."

"Lots of extra expenses! No complimentary coffee in the lobby (was told I could buy some at the Starbucks in the lobby). Parking options were confusing (and pricey). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but would have liked to have a microwave. Amenities were listed on the inside of the entry door. Would prefer to have a brochure that I could read sitting down. We don't plan to stay there in the future."

"Very clean and spacious room. The top floor felt very private despite being in a shared inn. The breakfasts were fantastic! And you can't beat the location if your plans are around downtown Wilmington."
