"The hotel is very tired and in need of renovations. They are so booked the 4:00 checkin time is not guaranteed because the cleaning staff has so many rooms to prepare. There were a dozen people waiting in the lobby at 4:00 to get into their rooms. This new hotel group is only interested in room turnover, not updated and clean rooms."

"Lots of extra expenses! No complimentary coffee in the lobby (was told I could buy some at the Starbucks in the lobby). Parking options were confusing (and pricey). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but would have liked to have a microwave. Amenities were listed on the inside of the entry door. Would prefer to have a brochure that I could read sitting down. We don't plan to stay there in the future."

"Very clean and spacious room. The top floor felt very private despite being in a shared inn. The breakfasts were fantastic! And you can't beat the location if your plans are around downtown Wilmington."

"Great place to stay to be right in the heart of downtown historic Wilmington. Easy Walk to everything since we were right on Front Street. Some noise/music from nearby business but that is to be expected when staying in this area. Noise barely noticeable in bedroom although we enjoyed the outside music while in the living area. Bed comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Host was extremely easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly."
