Best hotel in Thanh Hóa city by far. The rooms are furnished in contemporary design, beds are super comfortable. The indoor pool is a great way to cool off after a warm day. Zenith rooftop lounge has beautiful views of the city. Alma Restaurant has a wide variety of food on its menu also with great city views. Vincom shopping center is right next door- very convenient. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful resort with a very nice pool to relax after a hot and humid day in Ninh Binh. The rooms are spacious and clean. The area is very quiet and an easy walk to town. Breakfast is excellent. Most importantly the staff are amazing. They are very helpful and made most of our arrangements for this trip. They are trustworthy and reliable. Don’t hesitate to book here for your next trip to Ninh Binh.

This facility is a magnificent choice as a base to visit all the interesting sites in Ninh Binh. The rooms are large with excellent beds. The staff were kind, efficient and willing to help beyond expectations.

Have Good time at resort.

We visited here from Seattle to attend family's wedding. It was at a very good location. Lots of places to walk around and see local stuff. Right across street is convenient food and general store. There is a fish market behind it that lots of locals go go. Room and facility is nice. Very new and clean. The front office staff doesn't speak much english but very nice and tries to be helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, not as vast as others but good enough.

The hotel service wasn’t that great very minimal and the area is very quite at the moment because of the time of year it’s very cloudy and cold and not many choices for food unless you travel to Thanh Hoa and the only thing is to do walk on the beach I was only passing through and traveling to Hue and Da Nang

My stay at Hasana Pu Luong was absolute perfection. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, The hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Note for late sleepers: the curtains are light to keep the room airy, so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to the morning sun! ​The staff is adorable and super helpful, even with long-distance transfers, and their communication via WhatsApp is top-notch. Amazing hotel, good service, everything better that expected

A nice hotel with really pretty gardens. The room was spacious and clean. Although the hallway carpets were old and stained the rooms were really kept nice and clean. Although it’s nice the price was a bit high compared with other places we’ve stayed. We gave it 4 stars because the breakfast was the worst we have had in our 2 month trip. For the higher price I would expect a bit better.

This is a really large, resort with many options. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional and the facilities were really nice!

Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys.
