"This home was even better than the pictures showed. Here is what we loved about it:1.Great location with easy boat and car access to restaurant, boat ramps and town.2.Plenty of room for our boats with boat slips that made getting in and out so easy.3.Fun swimming area with slide, floating island and jumping deck. We had a blast! Also lots of ladders/steps to get out of the water.4.Chairs, tables, rockers, swings everywhere! So many places for us all to hang out.5.Well stocked kitchen cabinets for all our cooking needs.6.Nice bedding and plenty of towels.....we never ran out.7.Screened in porch was so nice and a perfect place for our grandbaby to play and not escape.8.Plenty of parking space9.Loved the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room. Plenty of space for us all to hang out but still feel like we were all together.10.Hot tub was a nice treat.11.Cabin was cozy. The swinging bedroom doors allowed enough privacy for one family to be in the bedroom and a single person on the daybed in the living room.12.Owner was very helpful and always answered our questions very quickly.13.Neighbors next door were friendly and offered to help if we needed anything.14.We used the cane poles to catch a few perch off the deck and also enjoyed relaxing in all the lounge chairs while watching the boaters pass by.Overall, we had a great experience! Highly recommend!And if you have never been to Caddo Lake, it is an experience you will really enjoy!"
"Hosts were friendly and attentive. We couldn’t make the breakfast sitting our second day so they put together a grab-and-go bag so we didn’t go hungry!
The room was dark and quiet. There is a train track nearby but it didn’t really bother is. And the bed was super comfy!"

"My son and his wife and I stayed at this beautiful home. It was amazing. We loved every moment. We felt like doing a film or we were so inspired by the environment. It is so interesting and so beautiful and they chose the room with the pink curtains because it was like pink light was coming in. It was awesome and I slept so well and they slept so well. And Wendy. the woman that managed the property was probably the most wonderful person I have ever spoken to on the phone. She accommodated us and we were so grateful. We will only stay there, and we wanted to plan all of our trips to come to Jefferson. We loved it thank you Wendy!"

"Just as described Actually pictures don’t do it justiceWe have been looking for a quiet, peaceful place to come and enjoy the water and relax and recharge This is itWe love that it’s on the water. You can fish off the back deck or watch the birds and enjoy the outdoors in comfort. You can also dock your boat at the private dock. You have all the comfort of home here right on the water. The only problem is you have to leave it when your time is up. We rode in the boat and explored the lakes and sloughs surrounding this amazing area. It is breathtaking beautiful here. Also Coach is right there if you need anything at all he will help you with it. It is an beautiful place and we hated to leave it If you are looking for this look no further book a weekend and you will be hooked. "
