"My husband and I planned a quick trip to Denver and booked this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, easily accessible, staff was very accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay very much. For anyone with kids they have a large pool not a small pool like most hotels. It is 9 feet deep at the deepest level and has plenty of chairs and tables for you to sit and relax and watch your kids. The hot tub is outside and it is larger than most hotel hot tubs and they cleaned both of these each morning we were there. Maintenance is important to them. The hot tub can accommodate up to 8-10 adults. The outdoor area is inviting as well if you want to just sit outside and soak up the Sun. The area surrounding the hotel is also nice and easy to get around. Although we didn’t utilize any of the services besides the Starbucks coffee, we heard many comments that the food and atmosphere was wonderful at their restaurants in the hotel and lounge area. We were there to explore all that Denver has to offer in the outdoors so we did not utilize any of the other facilities within the hotel. I am quite picky about where I stay so I was more than pleasantly surprised at how nice of a place this hotel was. I read other’s reviews before booking and many of them must have ridiculously high standards as this hotel I would rate a nine out of 10 for sure if not 10 out of 10 as far as location, atmosphere staff presence and professionalism as well as cleanliness and organization of the hotel. "

"Our family came in from different areas of the country and booked three separate rooms. One room was for aging parents with a person suffering from dementia. I called over a week prior to make sure we were all getting three rooms on the same floor and on the back side of the building away from Covax. The agent on the call confirmed three rooms side by side on the back. Perfect! Then, when we arrived after check-in time started, our room was not ready but they gave us a key and offered to store our bags. We agreed to comeback later that night. I asked to confirm that we would be indeed be on the same floor as our family. We were not. Thankfully, the other two rooms were on the 5th floor but we were on the third. All were on the Colfax side of the building. Saturday night, the sound of motorcycles and cars racing and ambulance sirens kept everyone from sleeping! Very frustrating considering we called well in advance to avoid the noise and be able to help with our mother and we had neither request honored even through they confirmed we would. We will not be back."

"Just didn’t expect the shower head being up to my hip instead over my head. But at least it was detachable. Over all. Nice stay "

"Jeff was an awesome host to book with, we spent three nights on the property. We had plenty of room to spread out, the house is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the back patio grilling and lounging. P.S We loved the cold AC and great hot water. We are looking forward to another trip staying with Jeff. "
