"We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5, kids ages 9, 12, and 14. The property itself is beautiful and the grounds immaculate. My only complaint is that the pool got a little murky, but I’m sure that is hard to combat with all of the kids in and out. I did see them treating it in the morning. The reef and snorkeling was amazing and the workers at the beach were extremely helpful for everything we needed. The food was great, drinks wonderful, and the room had everything we needed. There were always chairs available and it never felt crowded. There were times when we were the only ones in the pool. I would definitely go back. "

"Alexandra was a very nice all-inclusive. Food decent to good. Coconut bar had excellent bar tenders in Skyers, Kaelin, and Milton (?). Beach was wonderful. Worth the trip. "

"Property was perfectly built where it felt big but was easily walkable. Everything was close from wonderful breakfast buffet to the beach. Everything was very clean and service was top notch. Chairs on the beach were comfortable and the beach there was one of the best I’ve been to. "

"The resort was absolutely phenomenal. It gave us a true island feel with four different villages with different themes including French, Italian, Caribbean, and key West. The Italian and key West were definitely newer built and more expensive rooms however the French and Caribbean were just fine still. The food was absolutely outstanding with every single place we ate at. The entertainment was phenomenal every single night there was something to do. There were a few negatives including two groups of 40 high school 18-year-olds that just graduated that were drinking and running a muck all over however the resort is large enough to distance yourself from anyone. I'm pretty sure they told us they are building a couples portion of this resort to the west which should be a very popular option for people like myself and my wife. Overall highly recommend beaches. "

"A hidden gem! The property, lush with plants, flowers and fountains is truly a botanical environment. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed, we were treated like family. Ms Wenie, Maureen, Jeffrey (shuttle driver) and all the bar/kitchen staff and groundskeepers were very polite, attentive and professional. I highly recommend this quiet hidden gem with all the amenities at hand over any large resort. Thank you for a great week! We will be back! -Steve M. "

"The good was location and clean large room. Most staff were friendly and super helpful. The downside is construction!!! Right next door to balcony from 7 am to 7pm. Noisy and workers looking in. Otherwise great for the price. "
