"Everyone in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location to old town was the best. My only complaint the whole stay was with the parking. Definitely not parking friendly. I had to park across the street and walk across what seemed to be a main thoroughfare. Very dangerous since my health doesn’t allow me the ability to move too fast. For a hotel of that size a parking deck would be nice, or at least cut down the size of the gated/private parking. There was very many available spots I never saw taken but began a locked gate. But I did enjoy the stay."

"Perfect location great staff loved the fact it is on rt66. Many things to do around area as well."

"Check-in was ok. We got to the room and there was a really heavy MOLDY small in the room. I washed my hands, and a huge COCKROACH came out of the drain. After that, the sink would not drain. I went to the front desk, and the guy said he was gonna send "maintenance." The maintenance guy was not dressed appropriately. His shorts and underwear were hanging off his behind, showing everything. He tried to use a small snake to clean it, the smell was getting worse. I went back to the front desk. I told him that the mold smell was getting worse, he said to wait and see if it can get cleaned and that's where the smell was coming from. Plus he stated that there were no more rooms available and he didn't want to cancel anyone. So I went back to the room. The smell was making me feel sick, I had my elderly mother with me and I didn't want her to get sick from the smell. So I again went back to the front desk and told him that, he just got kind of upset and grabbed his computer aggressively and said, OK! I'll move you and just close the room. He put us next door. We moved in and the smell was better. BUT... in the restroom, there was another big roach on the floor. I killed I and tried to flush it, the toilet would NOT flush.. i called the front again on my cellphone, because there was NO phone cord on the house phone. I told him about the toilet, he sighed heavy and brought a plunger. He flushed it and just watched the water overflow onto the floor. He brought 3 small towels."

"i needed a last min cheap place to sleep and catch a flight the next day. it felt like the dodgy hotel. trash outside. even though i arrived at 11pm they were "just cleaning the room". i waited outside in drifts of cigarette smoke for "cleaning" i asked for a new blanket cause the one on the bed was poop stained which they did provide. i wont be back!"

"Perfect location to visit UNM and explore downtown Albuquerque. Room was spacious and clean, with a great layout for a family. Quick walk to downtown, close to bus to UNM. We did have a car, and parking was easy at the hotel. Only complaint was the free breakfast wasn't great. "
