"The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!"

"We loved our stay from the time we entered the doors to the time we left. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner one night and had breakfast at the Swamp Fox restaurant on premise and the food was delicious. We had the breakfast buffet and the fruit was amazing. Each evening there was a piano player playing music in the lobby that enriched the ambiance. The lobby was gorgeous and makes you feel like you were living in the 1920s. The location is close to shopping, parks, coffee shops, museums, and a short walk to the French Quarters. "

"The location of this hotel is excellent and one of its biggest strengths. It is very centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions without needing a car. However parking is very expensive. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed with a modern, stylish aesthetic. The café, restaurant, and common areas are equally stunning and create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. I especially appreciated the water, coffee, and ice stations on each floor, which were always clean, well-stocked, and a very thoughtful touch for guests. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. None of the room windows open, which made the space feel a bit stuffy, and unfortunately our room had a noticeable moldy smell that never fully went away during our visit. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with great amenities and attention to detail. Addressing the air quality and odor issues would make the experience even better."

"My likes were everyone were nice courteous only thing that I noticed that the room I was in you had to play with the knob for the shower to come on and it needs a little update of the property more cleaning of the pools other than that it's a great place to stay and there were great views of the beach but if you rent the beach chairs on the beach it's $50.00 for umbrella and 2 chairs if you're driving instead of flying bring your own other wise it's a great place to vacation"
