"Everything was perfect. Seamless check in. Tiger at the front desk upgraded room and valet was waived since it was my friend's birthday. Excellent customer service from Tiger. Room was clean to a T, great views, big windows, bed and pillows were very soft, bathroom was perfect and clean, there is a mini refrigerator, no microwave in room (but they have one on the 5th floor by ice and soda machine)."

The pool area was a definite highlight — perfect for cooling off and enjoying some downtime. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas!"
