"The hotel lobby was very dark, being dimly lit. It was ultra modern and lacked the personal touch of a receptionist replaced with people walking around with a tablet to check you in. To leave our luggage before gaining room access cost £15! To check in earlier than 3pm cost £40! The drain in the wet room wasn’t working properly which left the bathroom flooded! No toilet roll holder. Room/beds were clean and comfortable."

"I had a decent stay there. Everyone in the staff was extremely very, very friendly and helpful. The hotel hallways carpet are dated. There's very stained. My room was not what I was expecting but you know based on a booking I guess you don't know to see decent size. I just wish it had one chair that I could sit on comfortably and not have to lay in the bed while I'm doing work. Excellent location where it was near restaurants, entertainment, even a grocery store"

"The location of this hotel is excellent right next to the Tower of London andbthe Thames. Whilst the room was very comfortable unfortunately the shower drain could not cope with the shower flow which led to water lying all pver the bathroom floor. We made reception aware when we left and they said the6 would look into it straight away."

"Stayed here one night. It was good for the price. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom was way down the hall, which wasn't convenient for a middle of the night walk, so if you stay here ask for a room close to the bathroom that matches your gender."

"Hotel was amazing … mentioned that it was my birthday & anniversary, whereby balloons and rose petals were decorated over the room when we entered . Room and shower was excellent. Breakfast and spa was very nice as well … close to tube station and surrounded by great restaurants in walking distance. Definitely would stay again."
