"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. All in all a lovely stay - if I were alone I'd still probably pick a quirkier hotel, but for an accessible option 10/10."

"Stayed here four nights on a recent trip to London (June 2026). The friendliest, most welcoming staff. Room (two beds) was spacious enough, well-appointed, and very clean. Shower was great (particularly the water pressure). Appreciated the location close to Liverpool Station. Only reservation is that because it seems to be a hub for "remote workers", that the lobby can feel a bit crowded — especially at check-in/check-out times (lack of places to sit while waiting). But a great first experence and we would definitely stay again should our travels take us to London."
