The hotel was lovely, very modern and full of attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The position is great, not too busy but near to everything!
The hotel was beautifully decorated. Excellent service. Good size room and wonderful bath/shower. The only thing that prevented me giving 5 stars was that it was very warm and didn’t seem possible to reduce the heating system below 18.5 degrees.
The South Place team is awesome and will make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything we needed. The Hotel itself is located close to the Liverpool Station which is great for public transport. We stayed there for three times already and would come back anytime.
Most of the rooms dont have smart tvs, so was very kindly upgraded. Great service. Prompt house keeping. The manager was lovely. Ordered room service, was a very good roast. Thank you for a great stay. I hope the hotel upgrades the tvs soon. Im booking again in a month lol
Very clean modern hotel, bedroom and bathroom spacious and super nice, staff were all efficient and friendly. 3 minutes walk in either direction to 2 metro stations.

I emailed beforehand to get a bouquet of flowers in the room for my wife they never appeared. The TV system is awful, tardy furnishings.
However for the price its great value for money and great amenities around

Nice room but…
We stayed in a junior suite for one night. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee machine and waters very welcome. However the carpet was quite stained, the wall beside the bed the same and the smell from the bathroom was absolutely awful and filled the bedroom despite keeping the bathroom door closed all the time. The smell really spoiled out time in the room.

Early check-in was very good!
Unfortunately, our room was quite old. Roomdoor and also the bathroomdoor were difficult to open and close.
Only hot water in the shower and the best of all, no turning off of the running bathtub water. After calling the reception, Thomas turned off our water completely and left us, without saying a word. Although our door was open the whole time. We had to call the reception again at 11.00 pm. to get the information, that we have to move the room. Thomas at the reception, didn't even bother to look at us. Don't know, what we did wrong.
Sad, because the stay was very pleasand until this incident.
