"Really bad experience at this hotel. Hotel does not appear as it looks online. Beware before booking. Any area of the hotel outside of the actual room is old, beat up, dirty, paint chipping and smelly. Everything had a musty old smell. While the room was "ok" it lacked cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. All over the floor and in the bathroom. Lipstick on the cups in the kitchen area and on a pillowcase. The fridge handles had gunk all over them. There was a horrible smell coming from one of the cabinets in the kitchen area. We paid for a side ocean view and what we had was a dumpster view. Trash dumpsters were emptied before 7 am waking the whole family up. There was a constant drip of water onto our balcony, but it was not raining. This made the balcony unusable since everything was always wet (yuk). Pool area was dirty, water was cloudy and not clear, my kids didn't even like swimming in it. There was paint chipping off the walls in our bathroom and a big wet/repair spot in the ceiling of the bedroom. The staff were not helpful in fixing any of the issues or helping customers. The whole stay was very unpleasant and we couldn't wait to check out and leave. Would never return and encourage anyone looking at this hotel to keep looking. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. "

"We had a great time! The house was very cozy. Ralph was very quick to respond if we needed anything. The backyard view with the water was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. Bedrooms had smart tv’s and Wi-Fi was fast. Would definitely stay again! "

"This house was clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. There was ample parking for 5 cars.The location was good. The towel bar in the main level bathroom had been torn from the wall and stored under the sink, so we didn’t have a towel bar.The host, David, was responsive to my questions. And check in was smooth.The only issue I had was the manner in which he replied. I asked him what type of coffee machine was there because the description of what was there said subject to change. I asked the day before our arrival so that I would know what type was currently there. David simply copy and pasted that paragraph, with the ‘subject to change’ statement! And he seemed bothered that I asked. I guess he didn’t know the answer!"

"The apartment was nice - there was a welcome board which was cute. There was an outdoor cat that was friendly. We didn’t feel like the beds were comfortable. There were stains on the furniture covered by folded blankets and some damaged cabinets in the kitchen -really just normal wear for a rental unit. Could have used a more thorough cleaning. Liked the area and could walk to st nicks mini golf - and other places near by- including the light house and fishers popcorn. "
