"There is no breakfast option during the week. Gym was a joke … 2 very used equipment and we have to pay $19.95 a day for resort fees. "

"Water pressure on show was extremely low. Had to wait 5 mins or so before flushing toilet for a second time if we went right after the other. Towels could be bit better. Only seemed to cover either top or bottom but not both."

"Parking was easy, the room had everything we needed, and we liked the breakfast. The bedsheets and toilet were clean but the floor, not so much. "

"Even though there was no view of the Falls, the location was very convenient. The connection to nearby Hotels and amenities made walking in the elements easy. The rooms were large and clean. Excellent water pressure, nice bath and toiletries. Nespresso machine, unlimited coffee pods and water bottles was essential. Staff was friendly, took a while sometimes to get requested items. The room felt a little "corporate", but overall very nice. There were some strange noises, like clicking or creaking even though we were on the top floor but not too bad"

"Hotel was well maintained, and had great views from the higher floors. We aware that the “exterior rooms” were not as well maintained and are not disability accessible. The hot tub and sauna were also well maintained. We were able to walk to anything we wanted without issues, and felt very close! The parking is a bit small, but was still manageable."

"We have stayed twice and the front desk staff have been so lovely. The parking staff as well were very helpful as my daughter was on crutches. The room was quiet, clean and spacious with a lovely corner window/view. We would absolutely stay here again, as the room rate was very reasonable compared to other places that aren’t even as nice! "
