"The room was clean, and the service was excellent. I took my 87-year-old mother on a trip and wanted her to be able to see the waterfall view directly from our room. The manager on duty that day arranged for us to have the room with the clearest view of the waterfall—at a price that fit my budget. I was very impressed and will definitely return whenever I have a chance"

"We stayed here for 1 night over the long weekend. The parking fee is a $100 for valet or $35 for self park but then they will shuttle you to the hotel. This is a very odd request. The elevator is unsafe to use as well leading onto the top floor. My booking was supposed to pay at property,I asked to split it between other cards and the receptionist simply said no."
