"Parking a bit tight if honest, down a narrow back lane, with rubbish . Lovely room, good comfortable bed, but a large damp patch was very visible on ceiling No shop nearby, have to walk few 100 yds Good bus link to town center"

"I stayed here for work, so there was just me and I needed the basics and value. What I got was a very nice room which looked recently renovated and had everything I needed. I was in what would have been the loft space, so there were some areas of sloped, low ceiling, but that was avoidable. The room did get quite warm, but the sun lights both opened allowing cool, fresh air through the large and comfortable room. I would definitely stay again for work. It was a 20 minute walk into Cardiff (maybe longer for slower walkers), but there were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby."

"No room service- even though advertised as upon request when I asked they said i had to stay for 6 nights. I had to go downstairs to request towels and you have to also ask for a hairdryer. I will not be staying again. "

"Lovely reception staff, friendly, helpful, asked questions to then recommend things to me proactively-the people do make the difference & they’re doing it right here! Room was very nice-soft bedding & very comfortable bed, great shower, nice looking bath if I’d been staying longer. A few errant hairs from previous occupants but in good condition & very clean otherwise-I’m not annoyed in any way-hairs do happen on cleaning cloths etc-I had no doubt this room had been very well cleaned. Great for loads of local shops & restaurants & right next to principality stadium-I’ve now got a hotel I will look forward to staying in whenever I’m in Cardiff. "

"We have had some lovely stays at this hotel, however, not so great on this occasion. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. We had a problem with the air conditioning not working and the concierge did try to get it fixed but was unsuccessful so provided us with a floor standing fan which did resolve the problem. Unfortunately though sleep was extremely difficult as there was a bar/nightclub playing very loud music until around 3am, which was out of the hotels control but did definitely negatively affect our stay. However, we would consider staying again if we could have a room on the other side of the hotel."
