"I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Calgary. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring downtown. The hotel amenities were well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It was quite busy on Friday night, which led to some delays, but the rest of the experience was excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would gladly return."

When all was said and done, we paid close to 800$ for a night at the palliser. Our first room was definitely not worth 700$(gold floor room) for the night. It was pretty basic. You would have gotten charged half the price at other comparable hotels in the area for the same room for one night. The food at the restaurant next to the lobby was mediocre....

"Clean, on 27th floor, views were amazing, conveniently located, only feedback would be to provide more pillows as only two in second room and very flat, overall would recommend and would stay again "

"We had some issues with our room as we tried to check in after the 3pm time and our room wasn’t ready. The staff were quick upgrade and switch us to a different room but when we unlocked it with our key cards it was clearly occupied. After the confusion we were assigned another room and had an enjoyable stay."

"On the 21st floor all we heard was emergency sirens all night. The windows must have been made out of paper mache. The hotel needs to upgrade the windows to a more soundproof design. The starlight patio was closed and only available for special bookings. The patio itself needed some work to bring it up to a maintained standard. No work area in lobby or anywhere."

"Two of the three times I spoke to the front desk, they spoke very fast and were abrupt and unhelpful, the hospitality did not match to cost of my stay. Also I understand it is outside of the hotel's control, but there was very loud construction right outside my window very late into the night, keeping me up past 2 a.m. that I was not made aware of before hand."
