At 3:12 pm the kids needed to use the bathroom- BBQ is dirty (picture)- dishwasher dirty and unusable - microwave covered in food splatters - coffee maker is too dirty to be used- beds were not made. Blankets were thrown over unmade beds which means the beds sheets were not changed. this morning everyone complained there beds smelled .- hot tubs doesn't work (everyone was looking forward to using the hot tub)- Towels are old and smelly.- A used bar of soap was left in the bathroom for shower and a used shampoo and conditioner bottle .- towel rack will soon fall off - there is dust and cobweb everywhere. every surface is covered in dust.to be honest I am very embarrassed that I brought my family to this place. the experience has been very bad so far."
