"Loved our stay at The Astor House! It is in a great location for visiting anywhere in Green Bay. The owners were so welcoming and generous in offering suggestions on area restaurants, attractions and info on local area history. We had a very pleasant stay and were treated with an awesome breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!"

"The home was as listed, very clean, organized, great space. Couch and chairs in living room were comfortable and the master bed was extremely comfortable. When back in the Green Bay Area we will definitely contact this owner to see about renting again. There are also other rentals in the area. Wonderful to work with also."

"This was our first trip to Green Bay and Rick made it so beyond memorable with the home we stayed in. We had everything we needed and despite getting to the home very late at night, it was welcoming and ready for us. We appreciated the patio, yard and quiet neighborhood. "14 of us (age 9 months to 89)stayed at the property for 4 nights! Everyone loved the house! The arcade and gym were a huge plus! Both the kids and adults loved it. The kitchen was great for cooking family breakfasts, and the massage chair (one wasn't working) was very popular!The living room was great for family gaming, and we enjoyed the pool table. A few of us enjoyed the hot tub as well. It was a little too wet and buggy for the firepit, but it would be a great place for hanging out as well.Turns out the property was only 3 blocks from my brother's house, so that was great. We actually walked over there several times. And close to Preble Park!All the bedrooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and towels, and the multiple bathrooms helped with everyone getting showers, etc. And everywhere in the house stayed cool with the air conditioning, which was so nice!There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment for cooking, and the two refrigerators worked perfectly for all the different types of beverages and food."

"Stayed with 2 other friends. We are all retired ladies. All had our own bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean. Great location. Wonderful nearby bakery, a Starbucks and a Culvers. Would definitely stay here again. Great instructions and communication with host."
