"Good customer service from employees at lobby and restaurant, clean room. Only issue was wifi was terrible in my room had to go to lobby or restaurant at breakfast to use. Their wifi doesn’t seem to really reach the rooms further from lobby."

"Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Shower didn't have a lot of pressure so was hard to wash hair. But overall great stay."

"Room was not clean, especially around the toilet. Hotel is very outdated. The location is an A+ for shopping."

"The bathroom constantly had water on the floor around the toilet and there was a scary amount of black spotting on the wall behind it. Shower felt very....icky, for lack of a better word. Legs on the sink were very rusty. Did not feel comfortable at all letting my kid play on the floor."

"Our anniversary was beautiful, charming and historical. While the Algonquin offers many things (dining, bar, ghost walk, bonfires) the town of Saint Andrews is charming and timeless. Breakfast at the Algonquin is expensive and I suggest you take a trip into town to experience the many other options available."

"Clean room, staff was super friendly. Very convenient when you’re travelling with a pet."

"It was a nice place but after checking in I found it very loud walking down the hallway. It was close to all amenities and room was clean but you could hear the people in the next room like they were sitting next to you. Staff were great and breakfast was a terrible set up."

"It was about what you would expect. The room was spacious enough and was suitable for everyone's needs. The amenities were good, check-in/check-out was straightforward and easy as well as the booking. Good place to stay overall, pricing was fair."

"It is a quiet place to stay , very spacious room and friendly crew."

"It appears that the property is under renovation, many upgrades needed. The hallway was very stinky and not from the pool. However the room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"Staff was helpfull and very friendly. Room was clean. Heater & ac machine worked great. Nice and quiet. Breakfast was good. And it's right next door to a casino if that is your interest."

"Everything was great"

"The bed was extremely comfortable! The location is also quite convenient, close to everything."

"Please was clean and comfortable. Our shower head kept leaking and we had to put towels on the floor out the tub to soak up the water."
