"The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!"

"We had a great time here with 3 generations of family. Can’t beat the views and easy beach access. Interior was updated and had all we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!"

"The ice maker does not work. When told to property the maintenance said there is not water line to it. Had to call maintenance a second time due to the sink leaking. There was no way to clean the grill. The grill was also old and rusted it caught on fire. Cabin could use an AC upgrade as 2 of the rooms was hot due to no AC."

"Great location. Cute cottage and the pool was literally at our foot steps. The pool was vacant most of the time and clean which was great as well. A few things I would call out is the fan in the bed room makes a bit of noise, the TV situation was a bit bothersome. No cable and too many controls to figure out which one to use and lastly the front door lock was a bit tricky but other than that we loved our stay and would definitely consider staying again. "

"This is a huge resort with many amenities. The beach is within walking distance which was very nice. The condo had everything needed. All you need is your clothes. My only negative comment is that I didn't realize there were so many steps leading up to the unit. I have back issues and it made it very difficult to get into the unit. That is my fault - I should have done more research. I think I thought there would be an elevator which would have made things perfect! I would definitely...

"Cleanliness was good, everything we needed was provided, very spacious, swimming pool was great. Very close to all the Disney parks and supermarkets, restaurants. Would highly recommend."

"Our family of 10 had the best time at this home! It is absolutely beautiful! We spent most of our time at the awesome pool! It was a close bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach and a short walk across the street to the beach. The adult kids loved the golf cart as well! We had so much fun making wonderful memories! Also, Jason was great in communicating with us! Highly recommend!"

"Giving the home 5 stars! It’s the first house in the neighborhood with no neighbors to one side. That was great. It was clean, layout was as advertised, tram service was nice and communication with the property manager was easy. Negative- there is some wear and tear in the walls and the floors, but to be expected. Refrigerator door wasn’t closing properly, and needed some help to seal right. None of this interferes with our stay."

"It was a very nice place and it was very clean. We did run into some issues with the downstairs air conditioning and the downstairs refrigerator, but it was very quickly fixed by the host. The only complaint I would have is the clarification of the 3 bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom was a full bedroom, but the downstairs had a bedroom with no doors and the third “bedroom” was basically just a living room with a bed that was connected to the kitchen and the other bedroom downstairs.
