"Over all a great hotel, We stay here every time we come to STL. The rooftop made a delicious cherry cokes for the kids and the restaurant downstairs had great food. This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep "

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was the downstairs bar. We attended after an event; the bar was full but there was plenty of seating in the area. Unfortunately, we never got waited on nor did several other guests that were sitting nearby. Besides the bar area everything else was very clean and the staff was professional. I would recommend this hotel in the future, and we would stay at this hotel again. "

"We had a double queen room and one bed didn’t have a comforter. We checked in with 4 adults but only had 3 towels in the bathroom. On the second day we asked for a comforter for the second bed and extra towels and then never received them. Elevators are a pain in the behind also. We did love all of the artwork though. "

"This is my 4th time staying here with two large pups. I checked in on April 2 in the evening. I was greeted by the most welcoming person at the desk. I wish I had written her name down. She checked us in and explained everything. She anticipated any unforeseen needs for us! The room was spacious and spotless. There is a dog park right next door for the dogs and art to view. Walkability is 10/10 from the ballpark to dog friendly restaurants to great parks and shopping. Restaurant on site. Breakfast was amazing, even a to go box. Very accommodating staff. Don't forget the famous cookies from 8 to 9pm. They are also great and ask for the recipe. We will definitely be back! Parking is separate I believe. Staff are nice. 50-55 in and out service. They have a texting system so you're not waiting in the rain so that is nice. The only downside is that there is really no one to help with bags. We usually manage our own however, there was no cart for your things available and no one was able to attempt to locate one. All and all. Who cares it is really a great place. Maybe if I need one next time, I'll just call ahead or put it in the request section when booking if needed. "
