"Highly recommend this hotel! Everyone was so accommodating. Our flight got cancelled so we arrived a day late, but we didn’t have any issues at all upon arrival. The staff spoke perfect English at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk. The hotel is conveniently located in Kyoto Station with a 7-11 just downstairs and several nearby restaurants in the Porta Dining basement. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and bathroom amenities (hairbrush, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, disposable stick razors, soap, bath salts, hair ties, q-tips, etc.) stocked up each day."
