I also found one on the bed and took a picture of it to show to the front desk. Even with the bite marks and picture of the bed bugs, they would let me move to a different room without paying extra."

"Only few rooms downstairs are functional. Clutched toilets and flooded everywhere because there's lack of drainage. Staff on night shift was extremely rude and lacks manners of approach. Aside the staffs, we the guests were no more than 3 in that hotel the entire night. A hunted house would have been been better off"
